Grown in the grassy, flat savannahs of the central plateau of Brazil, Cerrado is known as a biodiversity hotspot. Its unique terrain, cool climate and medium altitude makes for beans with mellow and hearty characteristics. Noticeably sweet, Cerrado’s cherries are picked at their most mature to allow as much sweetness to absorb into the beans as possible.

Easy to drink, Cerrado is well balanced, light and mild, and is distinguished by a subtle hazelnut chocolate undertone that lingers on the palate.
