Its exterior consists of durable stainless steel on the front, sides, and top, while the safe-touch vented drop-down glass door enhances usability. A single-direction low-velocity fan ensures even cooking, and the porcelain interior makes for easy cleaning. Additionally, it has three adjustable stainless steel feet for stability and is certified by ETL and NSF.
